We have a great shopping cart system. You see it, you like it, you put it in your basket! You can even place a gift order online! The last step is to choose how you want to pay. This system gives you many options for payment.

Remember: the shopping cart does all the math for you and if you print your order out, you can print a specific order form written just for you, listing only the products you wish to purchase.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: (Customers who live in the United States)

You can mail us a check or money order, or we accept Discover, Visa, or Mastercard. Do not send cash through the mail!   Your credit card statement will be billed by Charlie's E-Z Mat & Fabric Cutters (our sister company).  Make any check or money order payable to Charlie's E-Z Mat & Fabric Cutters.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Payment must be made in United States (U.S.) funds. All prices throughout this Web site are quoted in United States funds.

If you are not from the U.S., the best way to purchase from us is with a credit card. We accept Visa or Mastercard. We will enter your order and the credit card company will do the conversion for you and your purchase will appear on your credit card in your native money. The credit card companies also give very favorable rates for the exchange.

You can also go to your bank and they can issue an International Check for you in U.S. dollars. You will pay them in your native money (at the current exchange rate), along with a fee (sometimes a substantial fee!) for making the money order for you.

If you are from Canada, you can also go to your post office and they can issue a money order for you in U.S. dollars. You will pay them in Canadian dollars, along with a fee for making the money order for you.

Your credit card statement will be billed by Charlie's E-Z Mat & Fabric Cutters (our sister company).  Make any check or money order payable to Charlie's E-Z Mat & Fabric Cutters.

Shipping/Handling Fees:

We welcome orders from all over the world, however, due to the weight of many of the items we sell, we must quote shipping for any address outside of the 48 contiguous United States.  Please call or e-mail for an exact quote (if e-mailing, indicate what items you wish to purchase and what city and state/country it is to be shipped to).

Orders are typically sent via USPS or FedEx.  We do our best to look for the best rate for the customer.  The "free shipping promos" available for certain items are extended to the continental US only. If you need a different carrier or expedited shipping (overnight, etc.), please call 1-800-735-8656 and we will discuss options and prices.

Returns & Exchanges:

Please call for authorization.  Olfa Deals reserves the right to return any package sent to us without prior authorization.  All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  All items returned to Olfa Deals must include all provided materials and accessories, in their original packaging materials, and must be in resaleable condition.
